The Scope of works for this project was:

MAIN CONTRACT WORK

·        Construction of 200 no. housing units from substructure works to roofing stage.

·        Perimeter fencing that include masonry walling and chain-link.

·        Construction of 2 no underground water tanks with adjacent 2 no pump-houses.

·        Construction of roof tank casement for the 6 blocks

·        Reinforcement and concreting of foundation for the high-level water tank.

·        Construction of sub houses i.e. transformer house and gate house

 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORK

·        Power circuit complete with socket outlets, DP Circuits (showers and under sink)

·        All internal lighting circuits complete with fittings

·        Cooker circuit complete with unit and connector

·        Bell circuit compete with bell and bell push

·        Common Areas (corridors, security light, parking lights and street lighting).

·        Mounting of Meter boards consumer units

·        Pipework & manholes for power reticulation system.

 

PLUMBING & DRAINAGE WORK

·        Internal foul water drainage works

·        Plumbing pipework and mounting of roof tanks.

·        Installation of standing pipes.

·        Installation of water control devices & sub meters within the blocks.

·        Assembly & installation high level water tanks.

 

CIVIL WORK

·        Construction of access road and parking bays with necessary structures in the site.

·        Construction of 2 no. retaining walls and a masonry wall at the lower edge of the site.

·        Construction of underground water tank with pump house.

·        Construction of foul drainage system and storm water drainage network throughout the site.

·        Construction of footpaths around the building & external walkways.
