1. Institute of Designers of Kenya Bill, 2023

Institute of Designers of Kenya Bill, 2023 is a proposed legal framework to guide professional registration to ensure competence, protect public welfare, maintain professional ethics, enhance credibility, access opportunities and promote continuous professional development of Designers in Kenya. 

The Bill supports the creative economy pillar under the Bottom Up Economic Transformation Government priority area by harnessing designers’ creativity, skills and expertise as an essential ingredient  in driving innovation, economic growth, job creation, and cultural preservation in Kenya.
